"Cicero"
1994 Oldenburg stallion
ridden by Georgia Sanders
bred by Myrl Weatherly
It became
obscenely evident when we brought Cicero to New York
from California that he was not content on the hunter
circuit in any way, shape or form. It was a few days
after his fifth (utterly failed) attempt under saddle
with one of our junior riders, our head jumper
trainer, Danny Parks, upped the standards and put
Georgia Sanders aboard, telling her to "Let him
do what he wants, but guide him to the jumps." It
worked. We have since relocated him as our standing
stallion for jumper horses, and are excited to see how
he fares on the jumper circuit.
