The Winfield
kids arrived at Windfall in February of 2008, just in
time to be introduced to two of our newest additions -
one of whom was Dexter, who had a long and prosperous
career on the racetrack before his retirement in
September of 2007. Unfortunately, fate wasn't on
Dexter's side, and he wound up in the care of the
Humane Association until we came across his begging
glance on a scouting for broodmares. Bringing him home
has proved to be one of the best endeavors we've pursued
to date, adding extraordinary talent and charisma to
the barn.
